1. Online reservation: Indicate your interest in a tour package we provide online by clicking the “ Book this tour” button and you will be directed to fill in our Tour Application Form, term & conditions to reserve the tour.
2. Offline reservation: Please call us at 0086-10-67358966 or send your request by email to info@china-tibettour.com, specify the tour code & dates you’d like to book along with your personal contact information.
3. One of our Sales consultants will contact you within one working day (Monday-Friday), and assist you to check the availability of the tour, making the land arrangement for the tour you have chosen. For offline reservations, we will send you Tour Application Form, term & conditions to complete the reservation.
4. Normally we will confirm your reservation within 3 working days. You will receive our company confirmation letter & invoice, indicating the suggested flights, hotels, detailed itinerary with standard inclusion & exclusion, tour amount and way of payment.
5. To secure your reservation, we request a deposit of US Dollar $150 per person for each itinerary, preferably no later than six weeks before departure. Rest The balance should be paid at least one week prior to departure. Otherwise we reserve the right to cancel reservations and levy cancellation charges.
6. At the time of booking, clients are strongly advised to take out travel and cancellation insurance in your own country by yourself.
7. An alteration fee of $30 will be charged if you wish to transfer to another tour after making a confirmed reservation. If you wish to transfer less than two weeks before departure, the appropriate cancellation charges may be levied.
8. Note that the tour price is subject to revision in the event of a marked increase in foreign currency or tariff rates beyond our control.
